Technical Lead, Full-Stack Engineering

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack technical lead with mandatory proven experience in Next.js,React, and REST APIs to join our Data & AI team. The role requires hands-on, enterprise-gradeexperience with Next.js, React, and REST APIs, plus deep understanding of design patterns. Thecandidate should also bring experience in at least one backend language (C#, Java, or Scala)and strong SQL to support backend development. Knowledge of Snowflake, AWS And AzurDevOps is a plus, enabling end-to-end delivery on enterprise cloud platforms.

Your Role:

Proficient in Next.js, React, TypeScript, REST API design, and front-end testing strategies

Backend proficiency in one of: C#, Java, or Scala; solid SQL skills (Snowflake or comparable) and experience in Python

Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to designrobust, user-centric solutions

Write clean, testable code and establish front-end testing strategies (Jest, React TestingLibrary)

Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.

Containerize services (Docker or equivalent) with observability (CloudWatch, logs,metrics)

Work with Snowflake SQL for data access patterns, reporting, and analyticscollaborations

Ensure security best practices, accessibility, responsive design, and performanceoptimization

Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and documentation

Qualifications:

Mandatory: Production experience with Next.js and React, including front-end testing(Jest, React Testing Library or equivalent) and a solid understanding of web security,authentication, and authorization

Mandatory: Proficiency with TypeScript, Python and modern front-end patterns

Mandatory: Experience with at least one programming language (C#, Java, or Scala)

Mandatory: SQL experience with Snowflake or equivalent data platforms

Mandatory: Azure DevOps (CI/CD)

Experience building on or integrating with AWS (ideally Enterprise AWS); familiarity withSnowflake and DevOps practices is advantageous.

Nice-to-have: Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Terraform, knowledge of containers,Lambda

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalentpractical experience
