- Design and develop effective and engaging instructional materials tailored to SAP applications, ensuring they meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and support sessions for end-users, providing guidance and assistance in using SAP systems efficiently.
- Play a key role in change management initiatives related to SAP implementation, ensuring a smooth transition and user adoption.
- Act as a liaison between design, change management, and business end-users to gather feedback, address concerns, and continuously improve training materials and processes.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends in instructional design, SAP applications, and change management methodologies to enhance training programs.
- SAP certification and change management certification are advantageous.
