Role: Intune Engineer, Application packaging / Modern Workplace Engineer (L2/L3)
Experience Level: 8 -12 Years
Location – Chennai
Job Requirements:
• 5-8 years of experience in Microsoft Intune and End User Computing Support.
• Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Endpoint Manager, and Microsoft Surface device management.
• Experience in Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM).
• Hands-on experience in Application Packaging using MSI, MSIX, App-V, Admi Studio, InstallShield, PSADT, or equivalent tools.
• Experience in application deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management through Intune and SCCM.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, Azure AD, Active Directory, SCCM, and Endpoint Security.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for laptops, mobile devices, and workplace technologies.
• Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and support Microsoft Intune environment and Microsoft Surface devices. Create, customize, test, and deploy application packages for enterprise environments.
• Deploy applications through Intune, SCCM, and Company Portal.
• Perform application compatibility testing, packaging validation, and deployment troubleshooting.
• Configure and maintain device enrollment, provisioning, and Windows Autopilot deployments. - Create and manage MDM/MAM, compliance, conditional access, and application protection policies.
• Support laptop lifecycle activities including provisioning, replacement, software installation, and asset management.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and changes while ensuring SLA adherence.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to Service Desk and support teams.
