Provides technical evaluation of demands against ServiceNow platform architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices.
Provides architectural controls to ensure the correct technical solutions are used when delivering business solutions.
Assesses instance health (performance, manageability, usability, scalability, upgradability, and security) by conducting ServiceNow HealthScan
Key Subject Matter Expert for ServiceNow across the products.
Day-to-day direction and technical coordination of DevOps Teams.
Acts as the escalation point for unresolved technical issues.
Monitors the deviation from ServiceNow OOTB and Best Practices.
