Responsibilities and JD in brief along with additional criteria to be considered (if any):
  1. Expert-level, hands-on experience with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), including administration, policy design, authentication configuration, and advanced troubleshooting.
  2. Strong understanding of Zero Trust Architecture, web filtering, SSL inspection, DNS tunneling prevention, and cloud security best practices, along with basic working knowledge of Splunk for log analysis, dashboard creation, and alert configuration.
  3. Experience integrating identity and access solutions using SAML, SCIM, Azure AD, and related identity platforms is essential. The role involves leading security technology rollouts and managing global deployments, while operating within ITIL-based service delivery models, including change and incident management, to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable cloud security operations.
  4. Certifications: Zscaler L3 certifications like ZCP
