Job Title: ServiceNow Developer / Senior ServiceNow Developer

Job Description (Short):

• Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITAM, etc.).
• Configure Business Rules, UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs, Notifications, Reports, and Dashboards.
• Develop custom workflows, integrations, and automation using ServiceNow APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot platform issues, and ensure code quality.
• Develop and execute automated test cases and maintain technical documentation.

Mandatory Skills:

• ServiceNow Development
• ITSM / ITAM
• ServiceNow APIs & IntegrationHub
• Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions
• ACLs, Notifications, Reports & Dashboards
• Automation Testing
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• ITIL Certification

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
