This role is for you if you have the below

Educational qualifications

Degree in Commerce / Degree or Diploma in Finance or Accounting.
Professional Chartered Accountancy qualification (e.g.CA/ACCA/US CPA).
Additional certifications (if any)
Preferably Audit Corporates background.

Work experience

Relevant post qualification experience in a similar role, preferably with a Big 4 firm.
Industry Specific Experience is preferable.

Mandatory technical and functional skills

Strong knowledge of KPMG Audit Methodology (KAEG) and KCw (Standard and Enhanced workflow)
Willingness to learn Swiss-specific audit requirements
Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
Previous coaching or training experience is a plus

Preferred technical and functional skills

Proficiency/Working knowledge of Adobe Professional would be an added advantage.
Proven project management and leadership skills, including leading offshore teams and mentoring.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.

Roles and responsibilities

Shape and redefine audit processes with various stakeholders by leveraging the latest audit and process automation technologies.
Play an essential role in projects aligned with your strengths and interests, such as:
Core Task: Prepare the Audit Blueprint (KCw illustrative files) for Switzerland
Independently assess the impact of methodology and tool changes
Prepare and lead discussions with Swiss DPP for blueprint reviews
Ensure consistency across all blueprints (FS, Enhanced, Standard, Insurance)
Support our review team in programs like First Year Success and 2LoD
Provide project support as needed: technology rollouts, AI initiatives, templating, training preparation
Manage the KCw hotline for KRC offshore resources
Contribute to ESG and other assurance deployments
Deliver training and communication during official Audit education sessions (e.g., annual Audit Conference)
Act as an Engagement Team Coach and promote centralized approaches (D and A, Shared Service Centre, offshoring)
Support WFM audit teams during busy season to maintain practical audit experience
