Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Sales Manager – Area Sales to lead business development and sales operations in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth and achieve business targets within the assigned area.

• Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining existing client relationships.
\n
• Plan and execute effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
\n
• Conduct regular field visits, customer meetings, and market surveys.
\n
• Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
\n
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
\n
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
\n

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation Mandatory.
\n
• Minimum 2+ Years of Experience in Field Sales.
\n
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
\n
• Local candidates from Ranchi will be preferred.
