What You’ll Do:
\n\nAs our Senior Graphic Designer , you will play a pivotal role in shaping AssessPrep’s visual identity and ensuring that our branding and marketing efforts are impactful, consistent, and engaging.

- Design high-quality marketing collateral: Create compelling graphics for digital and print marketing campaigns, including brochures, flyers, banners, and social media posts. \n
- Develop exhibition and event materials: Design standees, posters, and booth materials for educational conferences and trade shows. \n
- Create brand assets: Develop logos, icons, illustrations, and other visual elements that reinforce our brand identity across all touchpoints. \n
- Produce infographics and data visualizations: Translate complex data into clear, engaging visual content for presentations and marketing. \n
- Enhance UI/UX design: Contribute to the visual design of our platform, ensuring a consistent and user-friendly experience. \n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive visual communication across all projects. \n
A Typical Week Might Include:

- Designing a brochure to showcase AssessPrep’s key features for an upcoming educational conference. \n
- Creating social media graphics for a campaign targeting international schools. \n
- Developing a standee design for an education trade show. \n
- Producing an infographic illustrating the impact of AssessPrep on student learning outcomes. \n
- Designing a new UI feature for AssessPrep’s platform, focusing on user experience and accessibility. \n
- Participating in brainstorming sessions with marketing and product teams for upcoming campaigns and initiatives. \n

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven design expertise: 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing marketing collateral, brand assets, and digital campaigns. \n
- Mastery of design tools: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.). \n
- Strong understanding of print and digital design: Ability to design for various mediums while maintaining brand consistency. \n
- UI/UX knowledge: Understanding of user experience principles and the ability to design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces. \n
- Passion for edtech: Excitement about leveraging technology to enhance education. \n
- Collaboration skills: Experience working with marketing, product, and sales teams to create impactful designs. \n
- Attention to detail: Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and composition. \n
- Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple projects and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. \n
