Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager- Accounts to oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in account reconciliation, GST & TDS compliance, and vendor management within the eCommerce industry (mandatory). This role requires excellent analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple financial processes simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Handle client and vendor account reconciliation on a regular basis.
\n
• Manage vendor invoice booking, verification, and posting in accounting systems.
\n
• Oversee payments and related documentation, ensuring timely and accurate disbursal.
\n
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and ensure up-to-date financial records.
\n
• Perform TDS & GST reconciliation and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
\n
• Assist in GST return filing and coordinate with auditors for statutory submissions.
\n
• Monitor financial transactions, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and company policies.
\n
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
\n
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve reconciliation or invoice discrepancies.

Requirements

\n
• BCom degree (mandatory); additional certifications like MCom or CA Inter preferred.
\n
• 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the eCommerce or logistics industry.
\n
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel.
\n
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
\n
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
\n
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
\n
