Assistant Professor of Management

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in Management.
\n
• Prepare lesson plans, course materials, assignments, and assessments.
\n
• Conduct lectures, tutorials, case studies, workshops, and student activities.
\n
• Mentor and guide students in academic and career-related matters.
\n
• Participate in curriculum development and departmental activities.
\n
• Conduct and publish research in reputed journals/conferences.
\n
• Contribute to institutional accreditation, academic documentation, and committees.
\n
• Participate in seminars, FDPs, conferences, and professional-development activities.
\n
• Develop industry connections and facilitate internships, projects, and placements where applicable.
\n

Educational Qualification:

\n
• BBA / Bachelor’s Degree in Management from a recognized university.
\n
• MBA / Master’s Degree in Management from a recognized university.
\n
• PhD in Management will be preferred.
\n
• Candidates must meet applicable UGC/AICTE/university norms for appointment as Assistant Professor.
