About the Role

Ignitic Ideas is looking for a creative Motion Graphic Designer who is equally comfortable with motion graphics and graphic design .

The ideal candidate should be able to take a brief and independently create both animated/video content and high-quality static creatives for brands, campaigns and social media.

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Create AI-generated videos, AI-based visual content and seamless transition videos
\n
• Understand beat synchronization and edit videos in sync with music/audio
\n
• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, reels and short-form videos
\n
• Design static social media creatives, carousels, banners and campaign creatives
\n
• Develop visual concepts and execute them from idea to final output
\n
• Work on typography, layouts, compositions, transitions and visual storytelling
\n
• Create creatives for different digital platforms and formats
\n
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs
\n
• Collaborate with creative, content and digital marketing teams
\n
• Manage multiple projects and deliver work within deadlines
\n

Requirements

\n
• 2–4 years of experience in motion graphics and graphic design
\n
• Strong command of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator
\n
• Strong understanding of graphic design fundamentals
\n
• Good eye for composition, typography, colour and visual hierarchy
\n
• Good understanding of motion, transitions and visual storytelling
\n
• Ability to create both static and motion-based creatives independently
\n
• Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating both graphic design and motion work
\n
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
\n

Good to Have

\n
• 3D animation/design skills
\n
• Blender or Cinema 4D
\n
• Video editing experience
\n
• Experience working with brands and social media campaigns
\n
