\nLocation: Onsite – LB Nagar, Hyderabad
\nWorking Hours: 2:00 PM–9:00 PM, six days per week
\nEmployment Type: Full-time
\nDepartment: AI-Assisted Primary Care Clinic
\nEarth On Sky is establishing an AI-assisted primary care clinic in Hyderabad using healthcare software developed by our product and engineering team.
\nWe are looking for a qualified, technology-oriented General Physician / Medical Officer who will provide patient care, help establish and operate the clinic, and work closely with our team to improve the clinical safety and usefulness of our AI-assisted clinic platform.
\nThe technology is designed to support—not replace—the doctor. Every AI-generated summary, differential diagnosis, laboratory interpretation, care-plan suggestion, or follow-up recommendation must be independently reviewed and approved by the treating physician.
What you will do\nPatient care and clinic operations

- Conduct outpatient consultations for common acute and chronic health conditions. \n
- Obtain medical histories and perform appropriate physical examinations. \n
- Develop differential diagnoses, order and interpret investigations, and create treatment plans. \n
- Manage common conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, respiratory illness, fever, infections, gastrointestinal complaints, thyroid disorders and preventive-care needs. \n
- Recognize red flags and arrange timely emergency escalation or specialist referral. \n
- Counsel patients on medications, lifestyle, preventive care and follow-up. \n
- Maintain complete, accurate and timely electronic clinical records. \n
- Help management establish and operate the clinic in accordance with applicable regulatory, ethical and patient-safety requirements. \n
- Support clinical SOPs, infection-control practices, referral relationships and emergency-response processes. \n
Clinical AI and product development

- Use the Earth On Sky clinic platform during consultations and structured testing. \n
- Review, validate and correct AI-generated histories, summaries, alerts, differentials and care-plan suggestions. \n
- Identify unsafe, incomplete, biased or clinically misleading AI outputs. \n
- Define circumstances in which the software must obtain more information, display a warning, escalate urgently or defer entirely to the doctor. \n
- Develop clinical workflows, red-flag rules, structured templates and representative test cases. \n
- Review laboratory and biomarker interpretation features. \n
- Translate clinical requirements into clear guidance for product, engineering, AI/ML and UI/UX teams. \n
- Participate in prototype reviews, user-acceptance testing and product demonstrations. \n
- Track recurring AI errors and contribute to clinical acceptance criteria and product improvements. \n
- Help ensure that patient data used for software testing is appropriately consented, protected and de-identified where required. \n
- \n
- MBBS from an institution recognized under the applicable Indian medical-education framework. \n
- Current, verifiable medical registration permitting allopathic practice in Telangana. \n
- At least 2–3 years of independent outpatient, primary-care or general-practice experience preferred. \n
- Strong clinical assessment, differential-diagnosis and patient-management skills. \n
- Ability to recognize emergencies and make appropriate referral decisions. \n
- Comfortable using computers, electronic medical records and digital healthcare applications. \n
- Good written and spoken English. \n
- Ability to communicate with patients in Telugu and/or Hindi strongly preferred. \n
- Willingness to work onsite during the stated hours and collaborate with a multidisciplinary technology team. \n
- Commitment to patient consent, privacy, documentation, professional ethics and evidence-based care. \n
- Willingness to remain personally accountable for clinical decisions and independently verify all AI-generated suggestions. \n
- \n
- MD/DNB in General Medicine, Family Medicine or another relevant postgraduate qualification. \n
- Experience in an outpatient clinic, hospital casualty, family-practice or preventive-health setting. \n
- Current BLS certification; ACLS certification is an advantage. \n
- Experience with EMR/EHR platforms, telemedicine or digital-health systems. \n
- Exposure to clinical decision support, healthcare AI, LLMs or medical-software validation. \n
- Experience in clinical research, quality improvement, healthcare product development or SOP creation. \n
- Ability to write structured clinical workflows, test cases and acceptance criteria. \n
- Professional indemnity insurance or willingness to obtain it. \n

- Safe, ethical and patient-centered clinical care. \n
- Complete and accurate clinical documentation. \n
- Effective triage, referral and follow-up. \n
- Clinically useful and appropriately constrained AI workflows. \n
- Timely identification of unsafe AI outputs and failure modes. \n
- Measurable improvement in physician workflow and continuity of care. \n
- Clear clinical requirements that the software team can implement and test. \n
