Overview<\/span>

We are looking for an experienced <\/span><\/span>Programme Architect<\/span><\/span><\/b> to provide architecture leadership across large\-scale enterprise transformation programmes.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

This is a strategic role responsible for defining end\-to\-end solution architecture, governing technical decisions across multiple workstreams, and ensuring all solutions align to a unified target architecture. Working closely with customers, Solution Architects, Technical Architects and delivery teams, you will provide architectural leadership across complex, multi\-cloud Salesforce programmes.<\/span>

While Salesforce Commerce Cloud is an important part of many of our programmes, we're looking for someone who can think beyond a single platform and provide architectural leadership across the broader enterprise landscape.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span>

• Own the overall programme architecture across multiple workstreams.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
• Define and govern the end\-to\-end target architecture throughout the programme lifecycle.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
• Provide architectural leadership across Salesforce, integration, mobile and enterprise platforms.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
• Drive architecture governance, design reviews and cross\-workstream decision making.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
• Identify architectural risks, dependencies and integration challenges.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and executive stakeholders.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
• Mentor Solution Architects and Technical Architects while helping establish architecture standards and reusable delivery frameworks.<\/span>

• Support pre\-sales activities, solution design and technical strategy.<\/span>

  Skills & Experience<\/span>

  • Significant experience as a Programme Architect, Enterprise Architect, Lead Solution Architect or similar strategic architecture role.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Experience leading architecture across large\-scale enterprise transformation or multi\-cloud programmes.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Strong Salesforce ecosystem knowledge, with experience across multiple clouds (Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud or similar).<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration, API\-led architecture and solution governance.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Ability to connect multiple technologies, challenge solution designs and balance technical, business and delivery priorities.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence technical teams and executive stakeholders.<\/span>

  • Experience mentoring architects and leading distributed delivery teams.<\/span>
