About the Role
\nWe are seeking an experienced SAP Security & GRC Consultant to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role demands deep expertise in SAP Security and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) across implementation, support, and upgrade projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional and technical understanding of security concepts, SoD risks, role design, and hands-on configuration of SAP GRC components.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n'14;️Lead SAP Security and GRC projects including implementation, upgrades, and ongoing support.
\n'14;️Design, build, and maintain roles and authorizations in SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP Fiori.
\n'14;️Configure and administer GRC Access Control modules including ARA, ARM, BRM, and EAM.
\n'14;️Perform SoD risk analysis and remediation in coordination with business and audit teams.
\n'14;️Collaborate with project teams to align security solutions with business needs.
\n'14;️Conduct periodic role reviews, user access reviews, and provide audit support.
\n'14;️Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues and ensure compliance with security standards.
\n'14;️Stay updated on the latest SAP security threats, patches, and industry best practices.
\nRequired Skills & Experience
\nMinimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Security and GRC Access Control.
\nExpertise in role design/redesign for S/4HANA and ECC systems.
\nExperience with SAP GRC configuration and customization.
\nStrong understanding of SoD, audit, and compliance requirements.
\nFamiliarity with integrations to non-SAP systems and cloud platforms is a plus.
\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
\nAbility to manage priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
\nPreferred Qualifications
\n'05;Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
\n'05;SAP Security or GRC certification is a plus.
\n'05;Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., pharma, manufacturing) is desirable.
