Assistant Merchandiser

We’re Hiring | Assistant Merchandiser Agile Horses is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Merchandiser to join our team. As an Assistant Merchandiser, you will work closely with the Senior Merchandiser, suppliers, and internal production teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of orders. Key Responsibilities Assist in handling buyer orders from procuring raw materials to dispatch Coordinate with suppliers for fabrics, trims, accessories, and other materials Prepare and maintain order sheets, T&A sheets, and production follow-ups Coordinate with sampling, production, QC, and packing teams Follow up on production timelines and ensure timely order completion Communicate with buyers and suppliers regarding order requirements Maintain accurate records of order status, approvals, and deliveries Requirements 0–2 years of experience in merchandising/apparel industry Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply Good English communication skills — written & verbal is a must Good knowledge of MS Excel Strong follow-up and coordination skills Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Prior experience in garment manufacturing/export merchandising will be an advantage Location DadaNagar Industrial Area, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh About Agile Horses Agile Horses is an equestrian apparel manufacturing and export company , producing high-quality riding apparel for brands and customers worldwide.
