Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced ISAM / IAM Engineer with strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM). The candidate should have hands-on experience implementing and supporting IAM solutions for banking applications, with strong knowledge of ISAM/ISVA, authentication, federation, SSO, MFA, and security protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, and support ISAM / IAM solutions for banking applications.
• Work on IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM), IBM Security Verify Access (ISVA), AAC, WebSEAL, and Reverse Proxy components.
• Implement and support authentication mechanisms including MFA such as Email OTP, SMS OTP, TOTP, RSA, and Bio-Connect.
• Implement IAM solutions using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, and Kerberos protocols.
• Design and implement Federation and SSO solutions across enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related authentication, authorization, SSO, federation, and integration issues.
• Create deployment plans and support deployments across multiple environments.
• Work with JavaScript, Ansible, Azure Pipelines, and DevOps tools for automation and deployment.
• Manage and execute all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to team members.
• Collaborate with banking technology teams, application teams, and other stakeholders to deliver IAM solutions.
• Analyze existing IAM solutions and recommend improvements where required.

Must-Have Skills

• 3-5+ years of experience in ISAM / IAM
• Strong experience in CIAM / EIAM
• 3-5 years of banking technology solution design / IAM implementation experience
• Hands-on experience with:
  • ISAM / ISVA
  • AAC
  • WebSEAL / Reverse Proxy
  • MFA
• Strong knowledge of:
  • OAuth 2.0
  • OpenID Connect (OIDC)
  • SAML 2.0
  • Kerberos
• Experience with Federation and SSO
• Hands-on experience implementing MFA solutions
• Knowledge of JavaScript, Ansible, Azure Pipelines, and DevOps tools
• Experience in deployment planning and execution across multiple environments

Good-to-Have

• IAM troubleshooting and production support experience
• Experience with additional IAM/security technologies
• Experience in banking/financial services environments
