Business Analyst - Healthcare, Facets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in the Healthcare domain with good knowledge of Facets.
• Experience working as a Business Analyst on UiPath/RPA initiatives.
• Understanding of AI and Agentic AI concepts and their application in business processes.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for requirements analysis, process documentation, BRDs, user stories, process flows, and related artifacts.
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering, business analysis, stakeholder management, and documentation.
• Ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven improvements.
• Experience collaborating with business, technical, and RPA teams to translate business requirements into effective solutions.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant AI and/or Business Analysis certifications are preferred.
• UiPath Business Analyst certification is preferred.
