Pearl Academy is looking for a passionate Faculty – Fashion Styling to inspire the next generation of fashion professionals through industry-led learning and creative mentorship.

What You'll Do

'28; Deliver engaging undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Fashion Styling

'28; Mentor students in portfolio development, live projects, internships, and competitions

'28; Integrate AI tools, digital workflows, and emerging technologies into creative learning

'28; Collaborate with leading fashion brands, media houses, photographers, retailers, and creative agencies

'28; Contribute to curriculum innovation, research, academic excellence, and industry partnerships

We're Looking For

'14; Master's degree in Fashion Styling, Fashion Communication, Fashion Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline

'14; 3–5+ years of industry and/or academic experience

'14; Expertise in one or more areas:

• Fashion Styling & Creative Direction

• Editorial, Commercial & Brand Styling
\n
• Visual Storytelling & Trend Forecasting
\n
• Retail & Visual Merchandising
\n
• Digital Content & E-commerce Styling
\n
• AI-enabled Creative Workflows & Emerging Fashion Technologies

Technical Skills

Adobe Photoshop | Illustrator | InDesign | Canva | Figma | SketchUp | PowerPoint | Generative AI Tools (Firefly, Midjourney, Runway and similar platforms)
