Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer with expertise in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Canvas Power Apps, Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), Dataverse, and SharePoint, along with experience leveraging Agentic AI and AI-powered capabilities to build intelligent, automated business solutions.

This role requires a developer who is already incorporating AI into application design and development, utilizing modern AI capabilities to improve user experience, streamline business processes, and accelerate solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Canvas Power Apps.
• Build reusable and scalable Power Apps Components (Custom Components/Component Library) to promote consistency and code reusability.
• Develop and maintain workflows using Power Automate Cloud Flows and Power Automate Desktop (RPA).
• Design and optimize Dataverse data models, relationships, security roles, and business rules.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise applications.
• Develop automated business processes that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Leverage Agentic AI and Microsoft AI capabilities (including Microsoft Copilot and Azure/OpenAI services where applicable) to build intelligent, AI-driven business applications.
• Embed AI-assisted decision-making, document processing, summarization, conversational experiences, and workflow automation into Power Platform solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Perform application testing, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support.
• Follow Power Platform governance, security, and development best practices.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 5+ years of experience developing applications using the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Canvas Power Apps
• Power Apps Component Library / Custom Components
• Power Automate Cloud
• Power Automate Desktop (RPA)
• Microsoft Dataverse
• SharePoint Online
• Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365 and external systems using connectors and APIs.
• Strong understanding of Power Platform ALM, solution deployment, and governance.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• AI & Automation Requirements

The ideal candidate should already be incorporating AI into their daily development process and solution architecture, including:

• Building AI-powered business applications using Agentic AI concepts.
• Using AI to accelerate application design, development, testing, and documentation.
• Integrating Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, or similar AI services into Power Platform solutions.
• Designing intelligent workflows that leverage AI for automation, content generation, document understanding, and decision support.
• Staying current with emerging AI capabilities within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Azure AI Services.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and custom connectors.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications are highly preferred.
• Experience implementing enterprise automation and digital transformation initiatives.
