VP, Strategic Technical Partnerships
The Predictive Index has spent 70 years building the behavioral science that helps companies hire and lead better. That science only matters in the AI era if it shows up where work actually happens; inside HR systems of record, inside the AI assistants employees use every day, inside the tools where teams already collaborate.
None of those surfaces will come to us. They get built, deal by deal. That's this role.
What you'll own
We're hiring a senior partnership leader to own the relationships that will define PI's next decade. Three partnership ecosystems, end to end: strategy through signed deal through live integration:
- HR technology platforms. Workday, ADP, UKG, Greenhouse, Rippling, and the next tier of HRIS, ATS, and talent platforms. Moving us from surface-level syncs to native, embedded integrations.
- AI platforms. Anthropic, OpenAI, Microsoft, Google. Expanding PI's MCP and LLM platform presence so our behavioral data becomes the grounding layer for AI-mediated people decisions.
- Productivity surfaces. Slack, Teams, Google Workspace, Zoom - putting PI inside the tools knowledge workers live in.
You'll also structure the commercial models behind each partnership, and build the function over time as it scales.
What we're looking for
- 12+ years in strategic technology partnerships in enterprise software, including 5+ leading the function or owning a partnership P&L
- A track record signing and operating partnerships with major platform companies. We want someone who has done this personally, not managed people who have.
- Real fluency in technically deep, API-first integrations, not channel or referral partnerships
- Working knowledge of today's AI ecosystem: MCP, LLM platform integrations, agent registries, developer relations
- Executive presence to open doors at the senior-most levels of a Workday or an Anthropic, and hold your own once inside
- Patience for the long game. These deals are measured in quarters.
- HR tech or adjacent enterprise experience preferred. We'll support your ramp on the ecosystem specifics.
Why now
This is one of the most consequential commercial bets PI makes in the next three years, and it needs a dedicated senior owner.
PI is headquartered in Westwood, MA and is geo-flexible across the United States. This is an exempt, salaried position starting at $150,000 plus variable compensation (including bonus and equity) with full access to PI's benefits package, including unlimited PTO and 401(k).
