- Design, develop, and support enterprise content management, case management, and document capture solutions using IBM FileNet P8, IBM Case Manager, and IBM Datacap.
- Analyze business requirements and implement scalable solutions involving document capture, classification, indexing, workflow automation, and case processing.
- Configure and customize FileNet Case Manager, Content Navigator (ICN), Content Engine (CE), Process Engine (PE), and Datacap applications to meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain workflows, case types, business rules, Datacap applications, task profiles, rulesets, and custom components using Java, JavaScript, and APIs.
- Design and implement document ingestion solutions leveraging Datacap OCR, barcode recognition, document classification, validation, and data extraction capabilities.
- Integrate Datacap and FileNet solutions with enterprise applications, third-party systems, and downstream business processes through REST/SOAP services and APIs.
- Manage content repositories, object stores, metadata models, security configurations, document lifecycle management, and governance standards.
- Perform deployment, upgrades, migrations, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support activities across FileNet and Datacap environments.
- Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, test plans, and support SIT, UAT, deployment, and release management activities following Agile and SDLC practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, project teams, and support teams to deliver high-quality automation and document management solutions.
