Own end-to-end recruitment for multiple mandates

Partner directly with founders, CXOs & hiring managers

Source top talent through LinkedIn, networking & creative sourcing strategies

Screen, evaluate & build strong candidate pipelines

Ensure smooth candidate experience from first call to offer closure

Work on mid-to-senior level roles across growth, marketing, ecommerce, ops & more

Requirements

Who You Are:

0-1 years of experience in recruitment

Graduate

Strong communication & stakeholder management skills

Ability to understand business needs, not just job descriptions

Hustle mindset with structured execution

Someone who enjoys closing mandates & building long-term client trust

Must have a personal laptop & stable WiFi connection
