We are hiring a Nephrologist for a leading organization in the Clinical Research Organization (CRO) industry. The ideal candidate should have a sound understanding of kidney-related diseases, clinical assessment, and patient management, along with an interest in applying medical knowledge within a research-driven environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clinical research activities related to nephrology, renal diseases, and kidney health.
  • Review and evaluate clinical data, medical records, laboratory findings, and diagnostic reports related to renal conditions.
  • Provide medical expertise and guidance on nephrology-related aspects of clinical research projects.
  • Assist in the assessment of patient eligibility and relevant medical criteria for clinical studies.
  • Collaborate with clinical research teams, investigators, medical professionals, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the preparation and review of clinical research documentation, medical reports, and study-related materials.
  • Support the monitoring and interpretation of safety and efficacy data associated with nephrology-focused clinical studies.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation in accordance with clinical research protocols and applicable guidelines.
  • Stay updated on developments in nephrology, renal medicine, clinical research methodologies, and relevant medical guidelines.
  • Ensure that all assigned activities are conducted in accordance with applicable ethical, regulatory, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Medical qualification with relevant specialization or clinical exposure in Nephrology.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in nephrology, clinical practice, clinical research, or a related healthcare environment.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of kidney diseases, renal disorders, and their diagnosis and management.
  • Ability to interpret clinical and laboratory data relevant to nephrology.
  • Good understanding of medical terminology and clinical documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a research-oriented work environment.
