\nRole Overview
\nTailorworks is looking for a creative and detail oriented Designer to lead bespoke design projects for our luxury B2C clientele. The ideal candidate will combine a refined sense of style, deep fabric knowledge, and strong client-handling skills to craft custom menswear pieces that reflect individuality, precision, and craftsmanship.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\nDesign and develop custom collections including suits, sherwanis, bandhgalas, tuxedos, and contemporary ethnic wear.
\nInteract directly with clients to understand their preferences, body types, and event requirements to curate personalized looks.
\nCollaborate closely with the production, tailoring, and quality teams to ensure the final garment aligns perfectly with the approved design.
\nSelect fabrics, trims, and embellishments aligned with the brand’s luxury bespoke aesthetic.
\nStay updated with global trends while maintaining the Tailorworks design language.
\nCoordinate with the styling and photography teams during shoots and brand campaigns.
\nEnsure timely delivery of samples and final garments while maintaining fit, finish, and quality standards.
\nContribute to seasonal concept development and design planning for upcoming collections.
\nRequirements:
\nBachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
\n2-5 years of experience in designing (bespoke or couture experience preferred).
\nStrong portfolio showcasing ethnic, formal, and fusion menswear.
\nProficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CLO3D (preferred).
\nExcellent knowledge of fabrics, colors, silhouettes, and detailing.
\nStrong interpersonal and client communication skills.
\nAbility to manage deadlines and coordinate efficiently across departments.
