About the Role

Flow Interio is looking for an experienced Business Manager to drive sales and business growth for our full-home interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the interior industry, products, materials, sales and customer management, along with experience in leading sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve monthly and annual business targets.
\n
• Lead, manage and motivate the Sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
\n
• Handle key customers and support the team in closing high-value interior projects.
\n
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable interior solutions.
\n
• Have good knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, materials and full-home interiors.
\n
• Monitor leads, sales pipeline, conversions and team performance.
\n
• Coordinate with Design and Project teams for smooth customer handover.
\n
• Handle important customer discussions, negotiations and escalations.
\n
• Identify new business and referral opportunities.
\n
• Share regular sales and business performance updates with management.
\n

What We‘re Looking For

\n
• 8–10 years of experience in the interior/home improvement industry.
\n
• Strong experience in residential interior projects and sales.
\n
• Good understanding of modular kitchens, wardrobes, materials, finishes and interior solutions. Proven experience in sales team management and business target achievement.
\n
• Strong customer handling, negotiation and closing skills.
\n
• Excellent communication, leadership and decision-making abilities.
\n
• Experience with interior or home improvement companies will be an advantage.
