Education Qualification-Qualification/eligibility requirements applicable to the Assistant Professor as per UGC/AICTE/RTU

Experience: Desired 2-3 years of teaching experience preferably in university/engineering institution.

Roles and Responsibilities-

• Teach Mathematics and allied courses such as Engineering Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Numerical Methods, Probability & Statistics, and related subjects
\n
• Prepare lesson plans, course materials, presentations, assignments, quizzes, and other teaching resources
\n
• Maintain course files, attendance records, assessment records, and other academic documentation.
\n
• Conduct internal assessments, examinations, assignments, and other evaluations
\n
• Evaluate student performance (Internal assessments, examinations, assignments, and other evaluations) and provide timely academic feedback
\n
• Mentor and guide students regarding academic performance, attendance, course selection, and career development
\n
• Publish research papers in peer-reviewed journals and conferences
\n
• Participate in conferences, seminars, workshops, faculty development programmes, and research activities
\n
• Participate in accreditation and quality-assurance activities such as NBA, NAAC, AICTE, RTU etc.
\n
• Organize and assist in organizing seminars, workshops, conferences, guest lectures, competitions, and academic events.
\n
• Participate in admission, orientation, induction, examination, and other institutional activities.
\n
• Perform examination-related duties, including invigilation, paper setting, evaluation, and moderation as assigned.
\n
• Support institutional initiatives related to student development, discipline, quality improvement, and academic excellence.
\n

Participate in Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), MOOCs, workshops, certifications, and professional training.
