\nBanking sales experience can apply

\nGraduate candidates
\nExcellent communication skills in English
\nBPO calling/sales experience is preferred
\nNo employment gap of more than 6 months
\n\nKey Responsibilities:
\nMake outbound calls to potential customers for Kotak 811 and other banking/insurance products
\nExplain Kotak 811 features, benefits and digital banking services
\nGenerate leads and acquire new customers
\nAchieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
\nMaintain customer records and conduct regular follow-ups
\nSalary & Benefits:
\nFixed salary + attractive performance-based incentives
\nFixed shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
\n6 weekly offs per month: 4 Sundays + 2 Saturdays
