MBA-HR

• Support business teams on day-to-day HR operations and employee queries
• Assist in recruitment coordination, onboarding, and induction processes
• Help implement HR policies, processes, and compliance guidelines
• Maintain employee records, HRMIS data, and documentation
• Support performance management cycles and employee lifecycle activities
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
• Coordinate learning & development programs and training logistics
• Support grievance handling and employee relations under guidance
