Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented US Tax / Global Tax / International Tax Professional to join our Taxation team. The role involves mainly direct tax compliance, tax provision activities / tax planning opportunities across multiple jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of US Federal Taxation, International Tax Regulations, Global Tax Compliance, and transfer pricing concepts, along with excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support international tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Analyze cross-border transactions and their tax implications.
  • Monitor international tax developments and regulatory changes.
  • Assist in implementing global tax strategies and compliance frameworks.
  • Support transfer pricing documentation and compliance.
  • Assist with intercompany transaction analysis.
  • Maintain transfer pricing policies and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate with external consultants during TP studies and audits.
  • Identify tax-saving opportunities while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • CA
  • Additional relevant Certification is preferred.

Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in US Tax, International Tax, Global Tax Compliance, or Transfer Pricing.
