What can you expect?

• Investigate user problems and needs, identify root causes, and determine possible solutions.
• Document testing problems and resolutions for future reference; maintain defect logs and issue logs wherever applicable.
• Participate in the development of technical documentation and user manuals wherever assigned.
• Communicate effectively with team members and all project stakeholders.
• Identify problem areas and suggest improvements.
• Identify areas suitable for automation.
• Guide and mentor new joiners and assist team members in resolving queries.
• Should have strong analytical and logical skills.
• Should have strong testing and test results reporting skills, with the ability to test applications from user requirements, functional specifications, and/or design.
• Should have hands-on experience in automation testing using Playwright with TypeScript or JavaScript
• Should have hands-on experience in API testing using tools such as Postman and/or automation frameworks.
• Should have exposure to AI-enabled using CoPilot, including use of AI for test generation, defect analysis, test optimization, or intelligent test automation.
• Should be able to create and execute SQL queries.
• Should have the ability to document test results.
• Should be a team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn and support new applications and systems.

What you need to have:

• Minimum 5-8 years experience in a testing environment.
• BE / BTECH / MCA / MTECH
