Supervise end-to-end hub operations, including inbound, outbound, sorting, loading, and dispatch.
Ensure timely movement of shipments as per the scheduled linehaul plan.
Monitor shipment scans and maintain operational accuracy.
Lead and manage hub staff, supervisors, and contractual manpower.
Monitor vehicle turnaround time (TAT) and dock utilization.
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company SOPs.
Track daily operational KPIs and prepare MIS reports.
