Assistant Sales Manager - Gearboxes

Key Responsibilities

• Generate inquiries and drive sales for gearboxes and power transmission devices while building strong product and brand awareness across the assigned region
\n
• Develop and maintain direct relationships with OEM motor customers, executing aggressive follow‑up strategies to achieve brand switchovers and expand market share
\n
• Partner with the Marketing Manager to plan and execute advertising campaigns, select effective media channels, and represent the company at trade fairs and industrial exhibitions
\n
• Lead the design and distribution of product literature and coordinate mass marketing activities (offline and online)
\n
• Train and mentor representatives and service engineers, ensuring alignment with sales and service objectives
\n
• Collaborate with the Product Engineering Group to support new product development and customer‑specific customizations
\n
• Maintain and manage a structured inquiry database to track leads, customer interactions, and conversion metrics
\n
• Support Sales and Marketing with business cases, product inputs, and service‑related requirements
\n
• Contribute to organizational growth through training initiatives and continuous improvement activities
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
\n
• Strong technical understanding of gearboxes, motors, and power transmission systems
\n
• Proven ability to interface with OEM customers and deliver business growth
\n
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross‑functional collaboration skills
