Work with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and configure SAP SD solutions accordingly.
Participate in end-to-end SAP SD implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
Configure and maintain core SD components including order-to-cash processes, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management.
Handle system issues (incident & change management), perform root cause analysis, and provide timely solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams (MM, FI, WM, etc.) to ensure seamless integration.
Create functional specifications for RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows).
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), data migration, and user training.
Ensure documentation and compliance with SAP best practices and internal standards.
