Experience- 9 to 14 years

Must-Have Skills
Lead Business Analyst with at least 4-5 years of experience leading BA teams.
Proven experience in Transformation BA programs/projects, including guiding and mentoring Business Analysts within large transformation initiatives.
Strong experience working in large global organizations, preferably within the banking sector.
Good-to-Have Skills
Understanding of the Contact Center domain, or experience in a banking function that interfaces closely with Contact Centers.

Voicebot solutions
NLU (Natural Language Understanding)
LLM / Generative AI technologies
RM Chat / WhatsApp Banking
Genesys Cloud and contact-center platforms
Technical analysis background with the ability to bridge business and technology teams.
