Job Description:
Key responsibilities
• Perform vendor self-validation ahead of every SVT gate, producing GxP validation evidence aligned to 21 CFR Part 11 and Annex 11.
• Intake and triage Jira defects across IVP modules; drive RCA, unit-test evidence and retest confirmation within severity-based SLAs.
• Run regression testing to confirm each fix introduces no regressions in adjacent modules, using the regression suite and adjacent-module coverage.
• Validate migrated Datadog dashboards for field-level fidelity against the Splunk originals and support parallel-run sign-off.
• Test Salesforce LWC admin and CBD configuration screens, retry/reprocess hooks, Excel upload/extract flows, RBAC and audit logging.
• Validate AI agent outputs — confidence scoring, evidence extraction, E2B checks, translation BLEU scores — and human-override paths.
• Deliver sprint and quarterly defect trend reporting with proactive systemic-pattern flagging.
• Hold configuration and integration test pass rate at >95%.
Must-have skills
• 6–10 years in QA/test engineering for cloud platforms; test automation and regression suite ownership; API testing; Salesforce testing (Apex/LWC/Flows); AWS environment testing; Jira/Confluence-based defect lifecycle and SLA management; GitLab CI/CD test integration; computer system validation in a GxP environment(IQ/OQ/PQ, traceability matrices, audit-ready evidence).
• Nice to have — Pharmacovigilance or ICSR/E2B (R3) domain exposure, ISTQB, Datadog/Splunk dashboard validation, performance and security testing.
