Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic and operational initiatives aligned with organisational and business objectives.
• Develop a strong understanding of BFSI industry trends, market dynamics, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.
• Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans.
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, partners, clients, and industry professionals.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to growth and expansion initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry assessments to support business decisions.
• Develop presentations, business proposals, reports, and strategic recommendations for leadership and external stakeholders.
• Lead projects from planning through execution while ensuring timelines, quality, and business objectives are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, operational efficiency, and overall execution.
• Monitor project and business performance and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Support the development and implementation of initiatives focused on the BFSI ecosystem.
• Represent the organisation in relevant client, partner, industry, and stakeholder discussions.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and challenges and proactively develop solutions.
• Maintain strong communication and alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Contribute to building scalable processes and long-term strategic capabilities.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 5+ years of professional experience in BFSI, consulting, strategy, business development, operations, program management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) ecosystem.
• Proven ability to manage strategic initiatives and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a structured approach to complex challenges.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into clear strategies and actionable execution plans.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Comfortable working with senior leadership and managing cross-functional stakeholders.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Management, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
