Key Responsibilities

• Drive capital sales of orthopaedic robotic systems across hospitals, ASCs, and clinics.
\n
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and long-cycle capital deals.
\n
• Develop relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital C-suite stakeholders.
\n
• Lead negotiations for purchases, leases, and service contracts.
\n
• Present compelling clinical, operational, and ROI-based business cases.
\n
• Coordinate surgeon demos, cadaver labs, and evaluation programs.
\n
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and procurement dynamics.
\n

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in medical device / capital equipment sales, preferably orthopaedics or surgical robotics.
\n
• Strong understanding of hospital procurement and capital sales cycles.
\n
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
\n
• Ability to engage confidently with surgeons and senior hospital leadership.
\n
• Commercially driven, analytical, and innovation-focused mindset.
