JOB SUMMARY

Ensure consistent and disciplined execution of NPI Gateway processes across all programs, supporting Program Managers and leadership

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for NPI Gateway execution support across all program initiatives.
\n
• Manage Gateway deliverables include their tracking, readiness and closure.
\n
• Collaborate closely with Program Managers on:
\n
• Preparing Gateway presentations
\n
• Reviewing deliverables
\n
• Assessing gateway readiness
\n
• Verify that gateway results meet the established goals and criteria.
\n
• Act as PMO's primary contact for NPI reviews and escalations.
\n
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of NPI processes and tools.
\n

Knowledge

• Timely gateway reviews featuring well-prepared content.
\n
• Transparent tracking of deliverable status.
\n
• Fewer unexpected issues and last-minute escalations.
\n

Effective collaboration between PM and PMO teams.

Skills

• Proven experience in new product introduction (NPI) and program management
\n
• Strong coordination and facilitation abilities
\n
• Ability to offer constructive feedback and challenges
\n

Background in automotive or product development is preferred

Experience

\n
• 7–12 years (NPI / Automotive / Product Development)
\n
