About the Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented DI Colorist to join our AI-driven content production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the visual storytelling of films, advertisements, digital content, and AI-generated media through advanced color grading and finishing techniques. You will collaborate closely with directors, VFX artists, AI imaging specialists, editors, and creative teams to achieve a consistent and impactful visual aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform color correction, color grading, and final image finishing for video content.
\n
• Develop and maintain visual looks that align with creative and brand requirements.
\n
• Work with AI-generated footage, virtual production assets, and synthetic media to ensure visual consistency.
\n
• Balance color, contrast, exposure, and tone across multiple shots and sequences.
\n
• Collaborate with editors, VFX artists, and creative stakeholders throughout the post-production process.
\n
• Ensure technical quality standards for various delivery formats, including OTT, social media, digital campaigns, and cinematic releases.
\n
• Troubleshoot color pipeline issues and maintain color management workflows.
\n
• Stay updated with emerging AI-powered color grading and image enhancement technologies.
\n
• Manage project timelines and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.
\n

Required Qualifications

\n
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Film, Media, Animation, or related field.
\n
• 3–8 years of experience in DI color grading and post-production.
\n
• Strong proficiency in DaVinci Resolve and industry-standard color grading workflows.
\n
• Deep understanding of color science, LUTs, HDR, ACES, and color management pipelines.
\n
• Experience working with RAW camera formats and various codecs.
\n
• Strong artistic eye for color, composition, mood, and visual storytelling.
\n
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n
• Experience working with AI-generated imagery, virtual production, or generative content.
\n
• Knowledge of VFX workflows and finishing pipelines.
\n
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Baselight, or Nuke.
\n
• Understanding of machine learning-based image enhancement and restoration tools.
\n
• Experience in advertising, animation, gaming, or digital content production environments.
