Role Overview

We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager – Civil & Interior Fit-Out with prior experience in commercial, retail, hospitality, and interior execution projects. The role is primarily office-based and involves coordinating with site teams, vendors, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project execution

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor ongoing site execution through site teams.
\n
• Manage and guide site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and vendors.
\n
• Coordinate with architects, designers, MEP teams, consultants, and clients.
\n
• Review drawings, BOQs, quantities, specifications, and project requirements.
\n
• Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, and basic costing.
\n
• Track project progress, timelines, budgets, and execution quality.
\n
• Understand project financials, including budgeting, costing, variations, and vendor bills, with willingness to develop commercial knowledge.
\n
• Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and project updates.
\n
• Attend in-person client meetings and site visits as required.
\n
• Travel inter-city/inter-state based on ongoing project and client requirements.

Requirements

\n
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in civil/interior fit-out execution.
\n
• Experience in commercial, retail, or hospitality projects preferred.
\n
• Good site team and stakeholder coordination skills.
\n
• Ability to understand drawings and prepare BOQs.
\n
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
\n
• English and Hindi proficiency mandatory.
\n
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and project documentation.
\n
• Willingness to travel as required.
\n
