Job requirements
- Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
- Configure and optimize Salesforce platform features such as sharing, security, data modelling, and flow automation to address business requirements
- Develop and maintain Apex triggers, asynchronous Apex, SOQL queries, and Apex web services to deliver robust and scalable applications
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and internal systems using web services and APIs to automate processes and ensure seamless data flow
- Enhance productivity and automate repetitive tasks within the Salesforce ecosystem by leveraging Agentforce and AI development tools
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices
