Assistant Manager- UK Tax Law - CLM

Client & Delivery Skills

• Experience supporting and contributing to client design workshops
• Ability to deliver client demos showcasing CLM functionality
• Experience delivering or assisting with end-user training sessions
• Comfortable working directly with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements

Experience & Knowledge

• Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and associated legal processes
• Minimum 6+ years' experience in CLM implementation or configuration projects (preferably with Agiloft, Ironclad, or Leah)
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies
• Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations
• Awareness of GenAI and agentic solutions
• Relevant CLM certifications are highly desirable

Technical Skills

• Proven experience configuring CLM platforms, including:
  • Contract templates
  • Workflows
  • Notifications and alerts
  • Reporting and dashboards
  • User roles, permissions, and groups
• Ability to produce and maintain technical documentation, including:
  • Configuration design documents
  • Test scripts and cases
