QA Engineer I

Must Have

• 1-2 years of experience in QA/testing, with exposure to test automation.
• Hands-on experience or project exposure to Salesforce testing, preferably including one or more of:
• Sales Cloud
• Salesforce CPQ
• Revenue Cloud
• Service Cloud
• Commerce Cloud
• Hands-on experience with Playwright automation using TypeScript or JavaScript.
• Understanding of automated testing concepts, including test cases, test suites, locators, assertions, and test execution.
• Basic understanding of Salesforce business processes and end-to-end application workflows.
• Experience with REST API testing using Playwright, Postman, or a similar tool.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript. Exposure to Java or Python is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and exposure to tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Working knowledge of Git and version control.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of an Agile, cross-functional team.

Good to Have

• Exposure to AI-powered testing tools, AI-assisted test automation, or Agentic AI.
• Familiarity with Playwright AI capabilities or self-healing automation concepts.
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce Apex and Apex testing.
• Exposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Salesforce certification or willingness to pursue Salesforce certifications.

What We're Looking For

• A strong foundation in software testing and QA automation.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Exposure to Salesforce and/or Salesforce CPQ testing.
• A willingness to learn Salesforce business processes and enterprise application testing.
• Ability to work under the guidance of senior QA engineers while progressively taking ownership of assigned testing activities.
