Assistant Manager - Service Quality
Overview
Gallagher Center of Excellence is seeking to hire Specialist Internal Process Controls who would be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring internal control systems around financial reporting to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and risk mitigation. This role involves working closely with various departments to enhance process integrity and support organizational objectives.
How you'll make an impact
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures across various processes around financial reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards including reconciliation.
Collaborate with various process owners to design and implement effective control measures.
Conduct regular assessments of internal processes to identify risks and areas for improvement.
Identify areas of improvement and recommend enhancements to existing controls to process owners and senior management.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of control activities, including process maps and control matrices and prepare reports on the effectiveness of internal controls and present findings to management.
Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure the organization's control systems remain effective and compliant.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
Provide training and guidance to staff on internal control procedures and risk management practices.

- Minimum Required Degree: B. Com in commerce and Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience
- Chartered Accountant with strong accounting and Audit experience.

2- 4 years of post-qualification experience in Audit and Financial Control Testings

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and risk management principles.
- Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications
- Highly detail-oriented and organized in work
- Ability to prioritize work on multiple assignments
- Should be a team player with a proactive & result oriented approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies.
