What You'll Do

'05; Monitor case flow, quality, queue performance, and SLA/SLO compliance

'05; Drive operational excellence and process adherence

'05; Lead coaching, onboarding, and training initiatives

'05; Manage escalations and stakeholder communications

'05; Analyze operational metrics and provide actionable insights

What We're Looking For

'14; Understanding of Database Technologies

'14; Strong Service Operations and Metrics knowledge

'14; Experience with Case Management Systems & Dashboards

'14; Reporting and Analytical Skills

'14; Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management

Good to Have: Google Cloud certifications and Cloud/Managed Services experience.
