About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Client Servicing Executive with prior experience in healthcare advertising/communications to join our client servicing team in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will have strong client management skills, a good understanding of healthcare advertising, and the ability to coordinate effectively with creative, strategy, medical, and other internal teams to deliver projects successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with assigned healthcare/pharma clients.
\n
• Understand client briefs and translate them into clear internal briefs for creative and other teams.
\n
• Coordinate with creative, strategy, medical, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
\n
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
\n
• Prepare presentations, proposals, campaign updates, and client communication as required.
\n
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure smooth execution.
\n
• Follow up with internal teams and clients to ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines.
\n
• Participate in client meetings and presentations and contribute to campaign discussions.
\n
• Understand healthcare advertising regulations, brand guidelines, and communication requirements.
\n
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and support the team in new business initiatives.
\n
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
\n

Candidate Profile

\n
• 2–4 years of experience in client servicing/account management within a healthcare advertising, pharma advertising, or healthcare communications agency.
\n
• Strong preference for candidates with experience handling pharma/healthcare brands.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Strong project coordination and follow-up skills.
\n
• Ability to work effectively with creative and cross-functional teams.
\n
• Good presentation and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple accounts/projects and work in a fast-paced agency environment.
\n
• Proficiency in MS Office/PowerPoint is preferred.
