Controllership- US GAAP and SEC Reporting
\n
Exp.- 4+ yrs of relevant exp. in financial reporting or CA freshers (Article ship in controllership; financial reporting)
\n
• Perform financial reporting and technical accounting for the corporate finance function of EXL.
\n
• Be responsible for drafting of quarterly and annual financial statements i.e., 10Q/10K
\n
• Be responsible for monthly and quarterly closing activities.
\n
• Should have understanding of accounting topics, such as, derivatives, leases, share-based employee compensation.
\n
• Abreast with the latest developments on accounting and reporting aspects from regulators, such as FASB and SEC.
\n
• Experience in financial statements preparation, variance analysis etc. Knowledge of any one of the following GAAP would be an advantage, for instance, IFRS, Ind AS or US GAAP

Qualifications:

CA plus B.Com or MBA Finance
