Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Hands-on experience with Kofax Communication Server (KCS), TCOSS, TC/Web, and TC/LINK.

2 Strong understanding of fax and voice technologies, VoIP (Voice over IP), and unified communications.

3 Experience with SQL Server or Oracle for managing messaging databases and reports
