Key responsibility-

Job Requirements*

• Strong hands‑on experience with Versa Director, Analytics, and FlexVNF.
\n
• Design, deployment, and support of Versa SD‑WAN (Branch, Hub, DC, Cloud).
\n
• Experience with zero‑touch provisioning (ZTP) and branch onboarding.
\n
• Configuration and management of device templates, workflows, and policies.
\n
• Knowledge of Versa SASE features (Firewall, Secure Web Gateway, IPS, URL filtering).
\n
• Strong fundamentals in TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
\n
• Hands‑on experience with BGP, OSPF, static routing, and route redistribution.
\n
• Understanding of underlay/overlay network architecture.
\n
• Experience with MPLS, DIA, Broadband, LTE/5G WAN links.
\n
• Knowledge of QoS, traffic steering, link health monitoring, and SLA policies.
\n
• Experience with integrated firewall, NAT, zones, and security policies in Versa.
\n
• Understanding of segmentation, secure internet breakout, and Zero Trust concepts.
\n
• Basic exposure to IPsec, certificates, and encryption mechanisms.
\n

Key Responsibilities*

\n
• Design, configure, and support enterprise‑grade WAN and SD‑WAN solutions
\n
• Perform end‑to‑end deployment and administration of Versa SD‑WAN devices, controllers, policies, and service profiles
\n
• Optimize routing and implement traffic engineering, QoS, and performance tuning across WAN links
\n
• Manage L2/L3 switching infrastructure and ensure seamless integration with WAN/SD‑WAN environments
\n
• Conduct firmware upgrades, device onboarding, and network migrations with minimal downtime
\n
• Work closely with ISPs for circuit issues, escalations, and provisioning new WAN links
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation including network diagrams, configs, standards, and change records
\n
• Provide technical guidance during major incidents, RCA documentation, and architectural improvements
\n
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
\n
• Ability to act as L3 escalation point for SD‑WAN incidents (P1/P2).
\n
• Strong troubleshooting skills for connectivity, performance, routing, and policy issues.
\n
• Experience performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and driving preventive actions.
\n
• Working knowledge of Versa logs, analytics, and packet‑level troubleshooting.
\n
